PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA PROGRAMME

(L6PDP) (IQF) (Credits 15)

ORIENTATION

The EduVisa Professional Diploma Programme (PDP) focus on advanced business and management training that supplements the curriculum content required for a UK-Ofqual or accredited university qualification. This enables students or professionals to supplement their curriculum studies (HDip.Man, PGDip.Man, BBA-Hons./MBA etc) with a specialised course to meet requirements specific to their employment environment. For example, a student residing in South Africa, and who has completed an EduVIsa UK-Ofqual Higher Diploma in Management (L5HDip.Man) or Master's in Business Administration (MBA) Degree at a UK-University of choice may wish to supplement their UK qualification with specific knowledge on Human Resource Practices in South Africa and may complete the Professional Diploma in Human Resources Management (SA Application).  The programme is also ideal for experienced professionals who desire to familiarise themselves with the latest terminology or want to refresh their subject knowledge in order to make a more meaningful contribution to the work environment without embarking on full-time expensive qualification studies.

COURSE DURATION

The Professional Diploma in Management Programme (PDP) typically takes 14 to 21 days to complete - depending on the commitment and effort of the student.

COURSE ASSESSMENT

An online test assessment will be scheduled for each Module as soon as the student has communicated his/her readiness to the Online Tutor to take the test. Each Module Test forms part of the Formative Assessment Phase (IQF-Formative Theory) and is intended to provide the student with the necessary theoretical framework and subject knowledge to complete a Summative Course Examination and/or a Moderated Assignment (RQF-Applied Theory) (Ofqual) Assessment. The Online Test Assessment consist of a combination of multiple-choice, true-false as well as assignment-format questions. The pass rate for this course is 60% and successful students are awarded an EduVisa (IQF) Professional Diploma in Management (L6PDip.Man).
