UNIVERSITY PLACEMENT IN THE UK 

• EDUVISA forms part of a University Collaboration Network (UCN) in terms of which EDUVISA will assist qualifying students to register directly at a university of choice that forms part of the EDUVISA Inter-University Collaboration Agreement (See University Progressions) via the EduVisa Registration Platform.

• Upon completion of the EDUVISA Higher Diploma in Management (L5HDip.Man) (IQF/RQF) candidates may register via EDUVISA at a university of choice to complete the Bachelor in Business Administration (3rd Year)at a UK university of choice.

• Upon completion of the EDUVISA Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (L7PGDip.Man) (IQF/RQF) candidates may register via EDUVISA at a university of choice to complete the Master's in Business Administration (MBA Top-Up Dissertation) at a UK or alternative of choice.

MANAGEMENT OF THE REGISTRATION PROCESS

Most universities require international students to pay the full tuition fee on the date of registration.

• In terms of the University Collaboration Network (UCN), some universities make provision for a monthly payment of tuition fees by the collaborating business school when the student has been registered via the UCN. As a member of the UCN EDUVISA will handle the initial student screening, recommendation, placement and registration phase within the UCN university system in order to ensure a seamless transfer between the EduVisa Ofqual phase (L5HDip.Man or L7PGDip.Man) and the university where the BBA/MBA Top-Up will be completed.

• After acceptance of and completion of registration the student will continue to administer the financial and academic process and issue proof of student registration to the university selected for Capstone (BBA/MBA Top-Up) progression purposes.  Students who wish to make use of the UCN BBA-Hons/MBA Top-Up pre-registration service must register on the EduVisa Registration Platform.

• The University Collaboration Network (UCN) also makes provision for an "early-bird" registration option that allows students to complete a "preliminary registration" on the UCN in order to escape any drastic increases in study fees as a result of institutional policy changes or currency fluctuations. This process pre-register the student at a certain study fee level (as indicated on the date of registration) and exempts the student from price escalations on the date of final registration for BBA-Hons/MBA Top-Up purposes (Conditional that the difference between the date of pre-registration and final registration does not exceed 5%). 

• Students/sponsors should budget for the full tuition amount at the outset of their studies and also make provision for possible increases resulting from international currency fluctuations. 

• Universities also adjust their tuition fees, administrative arrangements, and payment policies on a regular basis which may impact the registration process and payment options available.

• Upon registration with a specific university, the student receives a student number, and student card and becomes a fully registered student at the relevant university with the associated rights and privileges including the use of facilities and support with Visa arrangements. Following successful registration, EDUVISA will introduce the student to the Dean of the specific Business/Commerce Faculty or Business School Director who will henceforth take academic responsibility for the student.

UK-VISA REQUIREMENTS

Students who wish to visit the UK for study purposes can apply for a Short-Term Study Visa or alternatively for a Full Study Visa once registration at the university has been secured.
