The Arden@EduVisa Admission Office assists the student with a seamless and effortless enrolment on any of the Bachelor/Master Degree (Full-Time) Programmes. The EduVisa/Arden Scholarship and Course Application Process is activated by completion of the Online University Application followed by the activation of a Programme User Account (if not a current student) and payment of the Programme & Scholarship Registration Fee of £50.

Following the successful payment of the Programme & Scholarship Registration Fee the student is upgraded to the EduVisa/Arden Online Admission and Assessment Portal, where the following documentation required for admission verification, needs to be uploaded:
  • Copy of valid ID or Passport (PDF) - Certified Identity Document - To be uploaded by the student.
  • Personal Statement (350-400 words) (Not AI-generated) - To be completed online by the student. 
  • Proof of English Proficiency (PDF) – BA - IELTS 6.0 (5.5 Minimum per element) or TOEFL iBT 80; or equivalent or Letter of Language Proficiency - To be submitted by EduVisa.
  • Proof of name change (if necessary) - To be uploaded by the student.
  • Proof of Address - To be uploaded by the student for scholarship consideration.
  • Qualification Certificates (PDF) - To be uploaded by the student.
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) covering previous 5 Years (PDF) - To be uploaded by the student.
  • References (two) reflecting academic/work experience - To be submitted by the student.

 

VERIFICATION OF INFORMATION

Once we’ve received the completed application form and supporting documents, our admissions team will review the application as quickly as possible. This usually takes 48 - 72 hours, but may take a little longer if extra information is required. The Arden@EduVisa Admission and Assessment Office then evaluates the documentation and information submitted by the student and compiles a Portfolio of Recommendation which incorporates the following components:

  • Verification of due diligence of qualification documents provided.
  • Profiling of the student's suitability to be accommodated on the relevant Bachelor/master’s Programme, following liaison with the previous training institution relevant to RPL Policies.
  • Evaluating the student's linguistic suitability relevant to the English language requirements for bachelor’s and master’s Degree Programmes at Arden University.
  • Submission of the Student Portfolio to the Arden Document System.

 

ARDEN STUDENT LOUNGE (ADMISSIONS PORTAL)

Following registration and uploading of the Student Portfolio of Recommendation on the Arden Document System you will be upgraded to the Arden Student Lounge (Orientation Portal) which will serve as the “onboarding platform” to familiarise you with the Arden iLearn Learner Management System (Similar to the EduVisa Virtual University System) and introduce you to facets of being a student at Arden University.

More specifically, the Arden Student Lounge (Orientation Portal) will provide you with access to the following:

  • An invitation to discuss the payment options with a financial advisor.
  • Consultation with an academic advisor to clarify the way forward.
  • Advice on how to prepare for your studies.
  • Learning techniques to make a success of your studies.
  • The Latest Campus News and upcoming events.
  • Access to the Arden  iLearn Online Learning Management System.
  • Access to the Arden University Online Library. 
  • Gain pre-enrolment access to student platforms and helpful resources.
  • Speak to other applicants, current students, and our team on live chat.
  • Stay on top of your application and find answers to frequently asked questions.
  • Join free webinars and get to know our academic team.

 

LETTER OF OFFER

While familiarising yourself with the contents of the Arden Student Lounge (Student Information Portal) Arden University will be processing your application as quickly as possible to issue what is known as a Letter of Offer (per email) granting approval to complete your distance-learning/online Bachelor/master’s Programme at Arden University. The Letter of Offer will also include the following information and detailed instructions for your careful perusal and compulsory execution:

  • Confirmation of preliminary student registration and allocation of your unique Arden University student number to be used for communication and payment purposes.
  • An acceptance form including Milestone Information which explains the compulsory pre-enrolment activities conditional to engaging in academic activities (this needs to be signed and returned to reserve your place on the programme).
  • A programme handbook containing assessment information and module details.
  • An information pack (zip file) which includes the student handbook, our T&C’s and other key policies and regulations.
  • Payment Plan example guide giving information on our fixed payment plan.
  • Arden University bank details with instructions on how to make your payment.

 

PAYMENT OF HOLDING FEE/COURSE DEPOSIT 
  • Upon receipt of the Letter of Offer, you may be required to pay a Programme Holding (Deposit) Fee, which will be deducted from the total programme fees payable should you wish to proceed with programme registration. 

  • Enrolment/activation on the programme will be confirmed as soon as the referred to fee has been paid, and the associated payment agreement has been signed or alternatively you have paid the full amount which will activate immediate enrolment/activation and access to the respective programme.

  • The timeline between date of registration and commencement of lecture may vary between 36 hours and 3 weeks depending on the quality of documentation submitted, the exact timeframe within which it was submitted/uploaded, how soon payment of the required fees was made and the internal administrative and validation processes required by the Admissions Office or relevant Departments/Schools.

  • The final date of graduation may also be influenced by the response time of external examiners, final approval/non-approval of the examiner reports and whether it aligns with a specific graduation date.

 

COMMENCE WITH APPLICATION

To activate the fast-track Programme and Scholarship Application Process please proceed with completion of the online Admission User Account Application and utilise the   Pay Online   Button to complete payment of the required Registration & Admission Deposit to proceed with the registration process (Automatic Invoice Activation via your User Account Portal). 

 

POST-ENROLMENT PRE-TEACHING MILESTONE REQUIREMENT
  • Please note that you must complete the prescribed Milestone (Induction) Tasks post enrolment/pre-first week of teaching. If this requirement is not, you will be withdrawn from the programme.

  • Once enrolled, you will receive Arden Email Login Details sent to the email used in your online application. This will provide you with access to the iLearn Student Platform, where you must complete all the tasks indicated in the "Induction Section".

  • Please note that it will be expected of you to monitor incoming emails daily and to promptly respond to requests received from specifically the Arden Milestones Committee.
