ORIENTATION

Welcome to the Professional Certificate in Workplace Diversity Management (DEMO) which forms part of the EduVisa Business Skills Development Programme.

Managing Workplace Diversity - A contemporary approach is a practical course that covers key issues in workplace diversity like gender, age, social class, and physical disability including contemporary concepts like the migrant worker, work-related stress etc. as a means of broadening the reader's knowledge in this dynamic field of management.

DURATION OF THE COURSE

The course could typically be completed within 1 - 3 Months depending on the commitment and effort of the student. An online test assessment will be scheduled as soon as the student has communicated his/her readiness to the Online Academic Tutor to take the examination. The pass rate for this course is 60%.

STUDY METHODOLOGY

Students access the prescribed Study Manual and the Online Test Assessment by clicking on the link in the left column of the Student Dashboard. The student will be activated for the next Course upon completing the Online Test Assessment.

ONLINE TEST ASSESSMENT

The Online Test Assessment consists of a combination of multiple-choice, true-false as well as assignment-format questions and requires a 60% pass-rate.  

ACADEMIC PROGRESSION

Students who have successfully completed the Professional Certificate in Workplace Diversity (L6PDip.Man) may consider the EduVisa UK-Accredited Master's in Business Administration (MBA) Degree Programme to catapult them to a senior management level or elevate their management capacity at the executive level.
