UK BLACKLISTING OF SA COMPANY DIRECTORS

EduVisa Graduate School of Management was recently notified via a general directive from Company House (UK Registrar of Companies) that South Africa has been placed on the UK "blacklist" of countries  such as Yemen, Zimbabwe, Venezuela and Iran etc which display an alarmingly high position on the international Fraud & Corruption Index  governing "foreign directorships" of companies registered in the UK.

As a result EduVisa was forced to suspend its company registration with Company House in London. The "blacklisting"  of South Africa is a direct result of the government policies and practises in South Africa and unfortunately has a negative "filter-down effect" on the South African business sector. This does however not impact on EduVisa's registrations  in other countries nor does it effect its various accreditations.
