The Level 5 Higher Diploma in Education and Training Management is suitable for individuals who are already practising within the education sector or those who are not currently practising but have a significant amount of experience and now wish to consolidate that with a formal qualification. The course is accredited by UK-Ofqual (RQF) as equivalency to a Bachelor 2nd Year and is a requirement for Qualified Teacher Learning Skills (QTLS) or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) certification. The Level 5 Higher Diploma in Education and Training Management (L5Dip.ETM) (RQF) can be followed by the Level 6 Graduate Diploma in Global Teaching Practise (L6Dip.GTP) (IQF) and/or Level 7 Post-Graduate Diploma in Education and Training Management (L7Dip.ETM) (RQF) or alternatively a fast-track MBA Degree consisting of a L7 Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (L7PGDip.Man) (RQF) plus an MBA Thesis towards a full MBA (Strategic Management) Degree awarded by Arden University (UK).

The UK-Ofqual RQF-accredited qualification will enable students to teach in the Post-16 Tertiary Education Sector of Colleges and Community Schools and is specifically intended for individuals who wish to elevate their current education skills to the managerial level in the education profession.
The course is accredited by UK-Ofqual (RQF) and is a requirement for Qualified Teacher Learning Skills (QTLS) (equivalent to QTS) certification which is needed to teach in state schools (See SET for more information). The course also allows for progress to the L6 Extended Diploma in Global Teaching Practice or the Integrated Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree consisting of a L7 Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (Education Orientation) (L7PGDip.Man) (RQF) plus MBA Top-Up (MBA Thesis) towards a MBA Degree awarded by Arden University (UK).
