DATA COMPLIANCE POLICY

Please complete all the sections of the Online Application Form. The information supplied will be used to streamline the Online Application Process and to prepare for an Interview Session. Information supplied will be treated confidentially in line with the POPI Act (SA) and GDPR (EU) Data Security Regulations that EDUVISA complies with.

Please note that the person completing the form will also become the dedicated person for which an official Referral Link will be activated on the EDUVISA course catalogue system for marketing and commission payout purposes. Once activated as a Referral Affiliate the Referral Link will be code-linked to the webpage of the Accredited Student/Leadership Centre/Campus (ACS/ALC) to accommodate course registration.  Referral Affiliates must link a dedicated PayPal Account to the Referral Affiliate Profile to enable commission payouts.  

 

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

  • Step 1 - Study the contents of the Online Application Form and prepare Proof of ID that will be required for upload purposes.
  • Step 2 - Complete the Online Application Form and submit it to initiate the registration process.
  • Step 3 - Check your email address for further instructions (if required) and an official EDUVISA Invoice (ASC/ALC). 
  • Step 4 - Complete the payment process. Please note that payment completed via the PayFast, PayPal or FlyWire Payment Gateways will result in a delayed bank verification of funds and consequently a delay in the activation of a new centre/campus of between 5 and 10 workdays.
