The Diploma in Management (L4Dip.Man) (IQF-Formative Theory) equals the 1^st Academic Trimester (Bachelor 1^st Year Equivalency) of the fast-track Integrated Master of Business Administration (iMBA) Degree Programme and equips the MBA candidate with a theoretical foundation in Business Management. After completion the L4Dip.Man the iMBA Degree candidate is expected to register within 30 days for the Higher Diploma in Management (L5HDip.Man) (IQF) (Formative Theory) which equal the 2nd Trimester of the fast-track Integrated Master of Business Administration (iMBA) Degree Programme.

After verification of payment the applicant will automatically be directed to his/her Student Portal to upload certified documentation and proof of qualifications required for verification and RPLE purposes.  A Letter of Offer/Admittance and Invoice reflecting the selected Programme and Payment option will be generated by the EduVisa Account Section. and emailed to the applicant. The applicant will be notified of Course/Programme enrolment as soon as receipt of payment has been verified. 

The Diploma in Management (L4Dip.Man) (Bachelor Year 1) (IQF-Formative Theory) equips the candidate with a generic theoretical foundation in Business Management at Bachelor 1st Year Level and is credit-bearing towards the EduVisa Integrated Master of Business Administration (iMBA) Degree Programme that culminates in a Dual-Qualification Post-Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management (L7PGDip.Man) (UK-Ofqual) and Master's of Business Administration (MBA - Strategic Management) Degree awarded by Arden University in the United Kingdom (EduVisa Collaboration Partner).

The Diploma in Management (L4Dip.Man) (Bachelor Year 1) (IQF-Formative Theory) follows a UK-Ofqual regulated Bachelor of Business curriculum meeting the regulatory requirements associated with the British Ofqual Qualification Framework and British University System. The curriculum is composed of prescribed modules (core units) which are supported by interactive video material, online study resources and formative module tests and summative assignment assessments. The programme is supervised by senior online lecturers and academic tutors guided by EduVisa/Arden Online Business School. 

The Diploma in Management (L4Dip.Man) (Bachelor Year 1) (IQF-Formative Theory) is delivered via the EduVisa Online Business School Learner Management System (OBS-LMS). This enables the student to pursue employment and personal responsibilities while still fulfilling their personal and employment responsibilities. 

The curriculum consists of Ofqual-prescribed theory-based modules supplemented by formative module assessments (online module tests) intended to verify that the candidate has studied and mastered the subject content to a satisfactory level in line with the prescribed curriculum requirements.
