Candidates who have completed the Higher Diploma in Management (L5HDip.Man) (Bachelor 2nd Year - IQF Formative Theory Reading) may progress to the Graduate Diploma in Management (L6GDip.Man) (Pre-MBA IQF-Formative Theory Reading) and Post-Graduate Diploma (L7PGDip.Man (MBA RQF-Summative Theory Assessment) in order to register for a Master's in Business Administration (MBA Top-Up) (Dissertation) at a British or international university of choice after which a full MBA Degree will be awarded.

 

The EDUVISA Graduate Diploma in Management (L6GDip.Man) (IQF) maps align with a Bachelor Honours (BBA-Hons) curriculum and enables the candidate to make the jump from a Bachelor's to a Master's curriculum. Successful candidates are awarded a Graduate Diploma in Management (L6GDip.Man) (UK IQF-L6) Qualification. Completion of the L6GDip.Man qualifies the candidate to register for a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (L7PGDip.Man) (180 Credits) that together with an MBA Top-Up (MBA Thesis) (60 credits) make up a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) Degree completed at and awarded by a British or international university of choice.

 

 

Here is the programme outline:

1. (L5-IQF) Module 1 - Managing in Today’s World

Managers today have to manage in a state of constant flux and change and it is important to understand the underpinning fundamentals and how this constant change can and needs to be managed. The module explores the constants as well as the variables and by the end of the module, students will have a refined set of skills that can assist in the understanding of the management process.

2. (L5-IQF) Module 2 - Managing Business Operations

Effective management of the business operations undertaken within an organisation is the key to its overall success. No organisation will be able to achieve its objectives without effective management of its operations. This module is divided into six sections, each of which deals with one aspect of the management of business operations.

3. (L5-IQF) Module 3 - Working in Teams

Modern organisations use opportunities for team working as much as possible as this is an effective and proven method for getting the best performance from members of the workforce. Teams may be involved in all activities of an organisation – from production right through to financial decision making. This module looks at the role played by teams within organisations and how the human element interacts.

4. (L5-IQF) Module 4 - Effective Business Communication

Good communication is essential in any organisation in order to pass information from one person to another. This module explains the need for effective communication and demonstrates how this can be achieved within a work environment. The module begins by showing the importance of meetings as means of passing and reporting information.
